From the moment we met Damon he was professional, prompt and persistent. We met him at a home loan class in September and he continues to keep in contact with us through March, when we were ready to buy a home. He was always available to meet with us to answer any questions and never pressured us to get into the process of buying a home until we knew we were ready to do so. I really appreciated that he went at our pace. One day in March I called Damon and told him it was finally time for us to start the loan process and go look at some houses. Damon showed us so many homes in the 6- 7 weeks that we were looking I lost count. He was always happy to meet us and walk through every home we were interested in until we were finally able to narrow down exactly what we wanted. Despite losing out on a couple homes that we wanted, Damon always reassured us that there were more home out there and we would find the right one for us. Of course he was right, we found the perfect home and just moved in last night. My husband and I can’t say enough great things about how great of a realtor Damon is. He’s a great person in and out and we are so thankful for the time, gifts and commitment he had to us and our process. Damon is for sure the way to go if you want someone that is going to have your best interest at heart throughout the entire process.

While Working with Damon in the search for our new home, I found Damon to be a truly one of a kind real estate agent. Previously, before Damon, we had a few different real estate agents. However, they seemed very over-reaching, it seemed like they were all just trying to make a quick sale by emailing us and calling us about random homes we had no interest in. Eventually, we were lucky to find Damon. He was an excellent real estate agent to have on our side. He went above and beyond helping us locate, and find a home in the area we were interested in. We toured around 5 homes a day for weeks on end, and when we came up with nothing at the end of the day, he was optimistic about finding a home for us that we truly wanted, and would not allow us to settle for anything less. He never gave up, he worked many endless hours during the day and night staying consistent to find my family the exact house we wanted. Then the day came, he found us our dream home! Once we toured the house we knew it was for us and we immediately put in an offer. He made the process very easy for us and explained every step throughout the process, being this was our first time buying a house and we were new to everything. He took the additional time during his time off to help us out by explaining paperwork, making phone calls, and getting the answer to every question we had for him, no matter how big or small the questions we were asking. After closing on our new home, he continues to stay in frequent contact with us, ensuring everything is going well and is always lending a helping hand whenever we need it. I am truly glad we were lucky enough to find an agent like him, especially after all the horror stories I hear from other home buyers and their process. He made the process as stress free and knowledgeable for us as possible. I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about buying a home and I would absolutely use him again in the future.
